Seller Assistance Price List:

• Determining Your Home’s Value … $100 when you close the deal or no charge if I become listing agent.
I prefer to see the condition of the home myself. I will provide a summary of similar homes that closed 12 months ago, homes that closed 6 months ago and homes that closed within the past 3 months. I also include a summary of similar homes from Bexar County’s Appraisal District to show values of homes that may have recently sold outside the MLS.

• To input your home in the MLS … $300 flat fee … Must include contract that offers a 3% commission to any Real Estate Broker that represents a home buyer that buys your home. I will help you determine your home’s value at no additional charge. I will take pictures and upload them to the MLS with your listing. I will also add a video with pictures & music with your listing in this package.

• Alternative Online Syndication – $300 For Sale By Owner Special – No MLS & No offering commission… I will take pictures, upload them to 100’s of websites, including relocation websites, so your home will be featured locally and to families moving to the San Antonio area. I will also create a video and add a video link with all the listings. I will direct home buyers to you.
